The College of New Rochelle now enrolls 4,000 students on six campuses across the greater New York City area. It is made up of four schools -- the women-only School of Arts & Sciences, for traditional undergrads; the co-ed School of Nursing; the Graduate School; and the School of New Resources, for adult undergraduates.

CNR 2016 Commencement Convocation & Invocation
Excellent video
This was my commencement address. Thank you Immaculee!
Another fun one to film and produce! I really built up a sweat that day trying to stay ahead of the parade! 😅
It was a pleasure to work on this project! As a 1 man audio engineer, multi camera videographer and video producer it was a challenge but a fun one!
Love Mrs Carla Harris, reading her books has been so insightful, crossing my fingers that someday she will come to South Africa to give us one of her talks❤❤❤
"My Mylie, how would you add to the depiction of the movie and what was left out?"--"Well....just about all the most important facts of discriminatory practice by the Mississippi judicial system, as the movie focused primarily on the attorney and his unimportant private life and "struggle" with white racist society--even then, on a 2-dimensional level"---oh, Miss Mylie didn't way that at all it was my opinoin; they left that part out, so nice and polite. The profiteering production company which made that film also excluded the essential character of Mylie Evers so I had to go through a RUclips search to understand that the scriptwriters gave her character almost NO LINES so she was mostly silent and silenced throughout. She only expressed disdain for the CJ system and incredulous skepticism for the legal process in almost no words. She was portrayed as being a righteous but embittered widow seeking a retributive justice, instead of an activist continuing the campaign for Civil Rights.
Two ladies in their boots look lovely
I am touched & happy to see the chapel of CNR again. A place of many seeet, sacred memories!
❤ the amount of love and pride I feel whenever I see this WARRIOR for freedom.
The lady in the centre had lovely legs.Pity some dunce left a table in the way...
I came here looking for online classes. Non matric for a CNR SNR 1978 Graduate living in Latin America.
#Druromi permanent treatment for Autism with his herbal supplements, no side effects works perfectly well...
It is utterly amazing to hear her speak then about what we know now has become a dark time in our country's history. She was SPOT on.
These are really good tips- practical, and coming from a lady who speaks from experience, not theory.
She reminds me of my mom
Thank you for posting this.
I say it again and again. I love hearing Mrs. Evers-Williams speak and recount her story. She is quite an inspiring woman, a great educator and historian.
His wife is brilliant... RIP Hero Medgar one of the first to stand up for Emmett Till and the many who were lynched and murdered before him in Mississippi! between 1882 and 1968, more black people were lynched in Mississippi than in any other state was not just murdered he was Assassinated is the act of deliberately killing a prominent or important person, such as heads of state, heads of government, politicians, royalty, celebrities, journalists, or CEOs
Great video!

The host is a bit rude though she keeps interrupted 🙄 the first guy who was asking :-(
I don’t think she was rude. She was under a time constraint and needed him to get to the point of his question. Which as it turns out was rude and insulting.
It was shocking for me too hear Mrs.Evers say that the movie was not accurate. Too me the movie deals with Mrs.Evers getting justice for her husband for 30 years and 2 trials, and finally the 3rd trial the Evers family recieved the justice for them and Medgar with a guilty verdict.
Roy Watley what she was saying that the movie was not about her husband. It was about the attorney and she didn’t like that movie for that reason!
@@milesclarke6592 yes I was thinking the same thing. The movie could've talked about Medger a lot more. It was like the white man gets a pat on the back for picking up something he didn't have to. The movie missed the reason for the fight in the first place.😢
hum sexy legs and pantyhose black and boots pointy heels
Mrs.Evers is my Hero🙏🏾❤
My lord! I’d have never guessed her age. I knew her name, but in another video I was wondering if Mr. Evers daughter was speaking! We must appreciate the insights of this generation. They will be gone too soon & there’s so much we can learn. Thank you, Mrs. Evers-Williams. You’ve profoundly touched me.
Rip the college of new rochelle
RIP College of New Rochelle...
Someone has to be held accountable for this.
20 acres 20 mi. north of NYC in a seaside city with a train stop nearby. Hummm. I wonder. Hummm? Who would want that? Hummmm?
Gold! This lady is amazing!
Thanks miss evers. We need more strong women like you. You make me proud.
She's being used by these globalist special interest groups...and she is off base in many ways
WOW!! : D

A strong and good lady. Respect

Our paths only crossed for a tumultuous two years just as I was going through my massive teenage rebellion and you were my CNR "Big Sister!" I think I chose Philosophy as my major because I thought you were so sophisticated, kind, and glamorous and Mr. Taffe was so good looking, which tells you a lot about my maturity level. It was a rocky road for me but at some point that fine liberal arts foundation and belated maturity kicked in and I found my place in the world as a teacher-librarian in a K-5 school. I've often wondered about you and wished I had gotten to know you better when I had the chance. And now 55 years later, here you are! Congratulations on your wonderful achievements! And happy travels!
I am proud of my CNR education and experience...without it I would not be the leader I am today. The foundation of CNR was so grounded, the breathe of intellectual curiosity and discussion was like no other. Congrats Dr. Pharis Peters, I strive to walk in your shadow. Thank you.
